Prices for each service, campaign or marketing resource are clearly identified so you always know exactly what cost, if any, is involved.

What Do I Need to Subscribe?

To subscribe, just click on any of the Subscribe Now buttons located throughout the site. During the subscription process, you will enter basic account information and complete an initial Profile that may be used for customizing various marketing pieces. This Profile may be modified after completing the subscription process, and additional Profiles may be added.

Finally, once you’ve completed the registration process, we suggest that you go the My Account area and also create a Style Guide. A Style Guide includes your logo and is also used for customizing various marketing items. Several logo orientations are available depending upon the shape of your logo. As with Profiles, multiple Style Guides may be added.

How Can I Get Help?

This FAQ page includes answers to commonly asked general questions. You can also check the FAQ pages for managing your account and using the store for answers to those specific topics.

How Do I Give Feedback?

There are three ways that you can provide feedback:

  • Via the support request form. This may be the best option if you wish to share detailed or sensitive information with us. Please be sure to select either the Feedback or Support option from the Category selector.
  • Via the MODsocket Community Forums. This may be the best option if you wish to share your feedback with other MODsocket users. Click on Feedback, then Post new forum topic.
  • Via the LIVE HELP feature. Live help is available throughout the site on every page. Simply click on the Live Help icon in the lower left corner of each page.

How Do I Request a Feature or New Items?
