Click the My Accounts link in the upper-right corner of the window. Type your new password twice and Save to update it.
When you're editing your profile(s) in My Account, you can upload an image. Your image file should be square and recommended 900 pixels wide x 900 pixels high, or 3" x 3". Acceptable file formats for your image are JPG, GIF and PNG.

If you own multiple franchise locations or multiple businesses, MODsocket allows you to create a profile, as well as a style guide, for each one to personalize the address and contact information. If you order an item that auto-populates profile and logo information, such as a business card or advertisement, you can select which profile and style guide you want to use.

Style Guides are collections of your logos. You can set up one or more style guides to use for various businesses. A Style Guide can include up to 6 logos, 3 color and 3 black and white, each with 3 different orientations – square, horizontal and vertical. The square logo should have a 1:1 ratio of width to height. The horizontal logo should have a 3:1 ratio. The vertical logo should have a 1:3 ratio. Acceptable file formats for your style guide logos are JPG, PNG and EPS. We recommend PNG or EPS with transparent backgrounds so that they look perfect on a color background.

You add your credit card information in the My Accounts > Payment Accounts section. You're billed for an order when you accept a quote from a vendor and complete an order.
To cancel your MODsocket subscription, submit a request form on the Customer Support page. We will cancel your subscription and send you a confirmation email.
